Tampa has one of the worst slugging percentages against left-handed pitching, and its bullpen is towards the bottom of the league. Kansas City is nothing to write home about, as their bullpen is worse, but there is value in them tonight, as the Rays should not be massive moneyline favorites, especially while they are struggling.
