Made me sick – took the Cubs -1.5 at +140, which was a lock until they puked up 6 runs the last 3 innings. Kimbrel was brutal…34 pitches and only 13 in the zone, and yet he gets credit for a “hold”? Yet another useless statistic if that’s how it’s employed.
That was ridiculous…and UVA will never get that hot from deep like that again – especially Woldetensae. That was absurd.
Still a winning day, despite a terrible close by a supposedly elite team. Keep it up, BB!
