Celtics -7.5 over Pacers (loss)
Indiana has played well enough to lead this series yet finds itself on the brink of elimination. The betting public has heavily wagered on them in all four games and has faired well, and I believe the Celtics will win a wire-to-wire contest as the Pacers are out of gas emotionally. The Pacers’ defense needs to drastically improve in the offseason. As we get deeper into the playoffs, defense means a lot. The conference final games have all exceeded the total, but I expect tonight’s game to be lower scoring as I believe the Celtics will gain a big enough lead that the final quarter won’t be competitive. Indiana played poorly in the last game’s second half and is simply out of steam. Take the Celtics.

The Astros hit right-handed pitching well, while Seattle is below average when facing left-handers. Framber Valdez is the more accomplished starting pitcher and should lead his team to the road victory. Seattle still holds a lead in the AL West but has struggled a bit in the last week. Houston is trying to rally after a slow start out of the gates. Take the Astros.
