Arkansas State is a one trick pony. They pass the ball, but they do that very well. The strength of the Appalachian Defense is their pass defense so I do think the Mountaineers can force a few turnovers or a few three and outs. I don’t think this Arkansas State Defense is capable of stopping any team let alone a team with a good offensive line, good running backs and a veteran QB. This App State team has been idle for about a month due to covid and are itching to start putting points up on the board. This is the perfect opponent as the Red Wolves Defense is poor. This is a team that fired their defensive coordinator and some of their veteran players on this already poor defense are questionable tonight. I don’t think this Mountaineers team will be one bit rusty against this defense and should push close to 50 points on their own. Take Appalachian State and the Over.
