Bengals vs Jags

Rotation #255-256
Panthers/Cardinals Over 51.5 (win)
There is no other game on the board today that has less talent on the defensive side of the board.  Carolina just doesn’t have a lot of talent and Arizona is missing just about all of their safeties so the Panthers should be able to find guys to beat them over the top for big plays.  Arizona doesn’t have the most talent on offense, but Kliff Kingsbury should find ways with his offensive brain to beat this new Carolina coaching staff.  The Panthers will throw the ball without Christian McCaffery in the lineup.  The NFL is a scoring league.  We are banking on these sub-par defenses to allow quick scores.  Take the Over.

Rotation #258
Bengals -2.5 over Jaguars (win)
Gardner Minshew is not a quality NFL player.  The only thing that keeps him a household name are his fun and game college frat like antics and it’s going to get real old fast for the Jags fan base.  This team was awful against the Dolphins last week and this week they have to go on the road with a first year offensive coordinator and a rookie running back and try to win on the road to the hungry Bengals and the #1 pick Joe Burrow.  Cincinnati is getting close to that first win and with the way the Jags played defense last week you have to think it’s coming.  This Bengals team is stacked on the offensive side of the ball and today I believe they get their breakout game.  Take the Bengals.

Rotation #261-262
Vikings/Texans Over 53.5 (win)
Minnesota might just have the least experienced defense in the league.  This is a team that just doesn’t dress many guys in the secondary and really lack depth to be a quality defensive unit.  The good news is Minnesota is getting the running game going and the Texans stink at stopping the run.  Dalvin Cook should have a nice day today and Cousins is starting to find multiple receivers.  The Texans have a ton of offensive talent and should have no problem scoring.  This should be a shootout with the loser almost certainly missing this years playoffs.  Take the Over.

Rotation #264
Dolphins +5.5 over Seahawks (loss)
Dolphins/Seahawks Over 54.5  (loss)

This is a two part play.  Both straight bets.  All the money in the world is on the Seahawks because they are the better team and Russell Wilson has been on fire, but quietly this Dolphins offense has been getting much better.  Miami gets to go against a really banged up secondary that Fitzpatrick should be able to hit the home run ball on.  The Seattle offense will also be unbalanced with a hobbled Chris Carson and Carlos Hyde inactive.  Seattle will get their points, but so will Miami.  When it comes to sports gambling vegas always finds a way to adjust the line on teams getting a huge percentage of the public money.  Seattle is 3-0 ATS and it would not shock me to see a backdoor type cover or an outright Dolphins win.  Take Miami and the Over.
