Middle Tennessee State/Army Over 55 (loss)
Middle Tennessee State was no good on defense last year and coming into this season lost 7 of their top 11 tacklers from last year. This team also did not have the luxury of being able to prepare for an entire off-season as Army was added to the schedule just a month ago. Good luck trying to stop the triple option when you are not familiar with stopping it. Army has a new defensive coordinator and a new scheme. This is a team that only has 4 starters back on the defensive side of the ball and will be adjusting their positions based on this new defense. MTSU has a great duel threat QB in Asher O’Hara and a host of skill players returning. I believe they will be able to move the ball on this defense. I think we will see a lot of big plays and struggles with communication on defense which will lead to points Take the Over.

Bumgarner/Cahill
Madison Bumgarner returns home to San Fran for the first time as a visiting pitcher. This has not been his year and clearly his arm isn’t right at this point as hitters have crushed him just about every inning. Trevor Cahill left his last game with a hip issue so I am not sure how healthy he is either. Both teams should chase these starters very quickly. Look for a lot of runs. Take the Over.
