Florida state minus 2. With an asterisk that pitt is an awful team to bet on or against but I’m from Pittsburgh and pitt is a mess
Maryland plus 27 under the assumption penn state is highly overrated
Rutgers plus 39 as they are improved and that is a lot of pts in a conference game even if it is Ohio State

Troy, I’ve known BB to play this specific over with these 2 teams over the years with a great success rate. These 2 teams always seem to be explosive when they play each other. Good stuff BB!
