The Angels are feeling good after last night’s 18-3 beatdown of the Astros. The Rangers are also feeling good after taking the series against the Nationals and celebrating Jacob deGrom’s 2,000th career strikeout, reached faster only by Chris Sale. Texas is one game behind the Astros and needs to win most of its games down the stretch against non-playoff teams. The Rangers hit left-handers much better, and if they stop stranding so many runners like last night, they should be able to post a big total against a weak Angels bullpen. Take the Rangers.
