Northwestern is far from its outstanding finish in the BIG 10 last season. Brooks Barnhizer was injured two weeks ago, and Jalen Leach will also miss the rest of the year. The Wildcats are running out of ball handlers and pure shooters. Oregon is trying to adjust to life in the BIG 10 and has an advantage tonight, playing against a depleted Wildcats team that has yet to win a road game. Northwestern can only hang around for so long without guards who can spread the ball around the floor. If the Ducks can keep Nick Martinelli in check, they should easily win. Look for TJ Bamba, Keeshawn Barthelemy, and Jackson Shelstad to turn the Wildcats over enough to push their lead to double-digits where they won’t look back. Take Oregon.
