Buffalo -10 over Illinois State (win)
Illinois State returns a decent amount of players, but they just don’t have scoring power and not many players scare you from the thre point line. The Redbirds finished 10th in the MVC last year and I just don’t think they can keep up with Buffalo who was the top team in the MAC East one season ago and returnsmost of their scorers. Buffalo did well bringing in a few key transfers that can score as well. Over the course of 40 minutes this Bulls team should pull away. Take Buffalo.

Colgate -3.5 over Harvard (loss)
Colgate returns just about their entire lineup from last year and tonight matches up against a Harvard team that didn’t play because of the pandemic last year. The Crimson lost a lot of players to the transfer portal so they could participate last season. This current Harvard team just doesn’t have the talent that Colgate has and I can’t see them staying within striking distance. The Raiders have a lot of great scoring power and should win this game by double digits. Take Colgate.
