Florida Atlantic had a winning season last year and this could be there year they make some noise in C-USA. New Mexico brings in Richard Pitino from Minnesota to coach this Lobos team. New Mexico lost a few key players and will start the year without Saquan Singleton who is dealing with heart issues. This team just does not have a lot of offensive firepower and can’t hit the three pointer. The Owls have offensive firepower, can hit the three ball, brought in a few key transfers and still retain their top two guards in Bryan Greelee and Michael Forrest. I believe the Owls will able to share the ball well and hit their shots. New Mexico doesn’t have offensive weapons and going through a new system with a new coach will probably lead to some turnovers they simply can’t afford. Take Florida Atlantic.
