Arkansas -9 over Vanderbilt (win)
This will be a game between two first year head coaches. Eric Musselman came over from Nevada to lead his team to a nice season while Jerry Stackhouse came out of nowhere to take over for the fired Bryce Drew. Arkansas has a more experienced lineup and overall has the more talented players. This is a team that really didn’t do anything special in the first meeting this year and still won that game by 20 points. Eric Musselman should have his players better prepared to deal with a tournament game. I like the Razorbacks to win by double digits. Take Arkansas.

Florida Atlantic +2.5 over Old Dominion (win)
C-USA has a weird flex schedule which allowed Old Dominion to host two home games against Florida Atlantic this year. The Monarchs always have one of the best home court advantages, but this year they looked vulnerable. This game being on a neutral court should give more of an advantage to the Owls of Florida Atlantic who has better scorers. The home cooking of going to the foul line for 20 shots is less likely for Old Dominion today as well. This is a team that has trouble scoring and are missing a few key players due to injury. I like the Owls in a small upset today. Take Florida Atlantic.
