Maryland -4 over Virginia Tech (win)
I don’t wager on Maryland today because I believe they are the better program. I wager on them today because of all the Hokies’ injuries. Virginia Tech comes into this bowl game with so many opt-outs. The Hokies are on their 3rd string QB, and they are playing a ton of young receivers. This team is on an interim coach, and I don’t see the desire to win. The Hokies will not look crisp on the offensive end today. Maryland took a big step this year. QB Taulia Tagovailoa has improved big time in the passing game as he set all types of records this year. The lack of players upfront on defense for the Hokies will also help Maryland. Take the Terps.
