The Blue Jays are desperate for wins down the stretch. Toronto would need a miracle to make a wildcard game but will fight until they get eliminated. The Blue Jays offense has been performing well these last few weeks. Phillies starter Tyler Phillips has hit a massive slump in his last few starts, which is typical for most rookie pitchers deep into a year. The Phillies are coming off an emotional series against the divisional rival Braves. It will take a lot of work to bring the same energy to the table that they had the last few nights. I would love to take Toronto straight up, but their bullpen gives up the most home runs in baseball. The total should be higher with average starting pitching on the mound. Take the Over.
