Wildcard series are intense, as anything can happen in a three-game setting. One stat rarely comes up in a postseason game is that the Royals were dead last in MLB in batting average, home runs, and RBIs in September. Most playoff teams aren’t ice-cold. Kansas City didn’t end the year on a high note, and it will be hard for them to turn on the offense like a switch on the road in a postseason setting against the Orioles ace. Orioles starter Corbin Burnes gets the slight edge over Cole Ragans, but both pitchers were great this season. Kansas City’s offense is ice-cold. Good luck turning it on against Corbin Burnes. Games become much tighter, so playing run lines gets a little risky. Moneylines are typically overinflated, but there isn’t anything we can do about it. Take the Orioles
