Pacers +7.5 over Cavs (win)
Cleveland was a large favorite the other night, but lost outright on their home court. The underdogs have been cashing in the last few nights, so people are loading up on the Pacers. Wagering on a heavy underdog is always uneasy, but the Cavs are unhealthy. The status of Darius Garland is still up in the air. De’Andre Hunter and Evan Mobley are questionable tonight, and Donovan Mitchell was a little banged up in game one. Indiana is a physical team playing great defense. Rick Carlisle has the experience edge over Kenny Atkinson. Indiana started and finished strong in game one, and I expect them at least to stay inside the number. Take the Pacers.

Rotation # 906
Cubs -1.5 runs over Giants +140 (loss)
Rea/Verlander
Justin Verlander isn’t the same pitcher he was in his prime, and the Giants are below average against right-handed pitchers. Colin Rea has been sharp in his first season back in Chicago. The Cubs have the pitching edge tonight and should cash in again tonight at home. The Giants had a comedy of errors last night and might be on a slight downward slope after their recent hot streak. The money line is too high. Let’s take the run line as it holds good value. Take the Cubs -1.5 runs +140.
