Tuesday May 13th Betting Recap

Picks for 5/13/25

NBA

Rotation # 580
Cavs -7.5 over Pacers (loss)
The Cavs are finally getting healthier, and at home, need to win tonight to avoid elimination. Donovan Mitchell was at the shoot-around today and should play. The Cavs are the best shooting team in basketball and should connect on their three-point shots and in the paint area. The Pacers are a great team and have dominated this recent series, but they were an average at best road team this year. Home-court advantage means a lot in these scenarios. Look for Darius Garland to have a big game and for Donovan Mitchell to will his way to a monster night. Take the Cavs.

MLB

Rotation # 971-972
Brewers/Guardians Over 9 runs (loss)
Priester/Allen
The Brewers are not great when facing left-handed pitching, but they have seen it more than any team in baseball and get to face off against Logan Allen, who is walking many batters. Brewers starter Quinn Priester also has control issues. Neither pitcher has had much work over the last few years and has not been sharp this year. The wind is blowing out, and we should see a couple of big hits. A few walks turn what would be solo home runs into crooked numbers in innings. A lot of walks almost always turn into runs. Look for a high-scoring game. Take the Over.
