St. Johns looks like an enticing underdog pick as they are bigger, stronger, and more experienced, but Marquette is a well-coached team with a great offense. The Red Storm move fast and will score points tonight, but they didn’t play a demanding non-conference schedule, and their overall defensive numbers are not as good as advertised because they played terrible teams to start the year. The Over is a better selection in this game, as I don’t trust St. John’s defense against a blue-chip team in the BIG EAST. Look for a lot of points in this game. Take the Over.
