Bowling Green -1 over Kent State (loss)
Bowling Green was the better team last season and only lost one key player where Kent State lost quite a few. The Golden Flashes did play the transfer game well and this is a veteran team, but I am not so sure they will be able to match the experience the Falcons have. Guys like Justin Turner, Daeqwon Plowden, Caleb Fields and Trey Diggs have been playing together for so long that they should have the advantage in a game where you basically just have to pick the winner. Take Bowling Green.

Iowa State +6 over TCU (win)
We have cashed in with both these teams over the last week. The Big 12 is pretty good from top to bottom. I don’t think TCU should be favorites by anything more than a bucket. The Cyclones have a ton of scoring power and they themselves played the transfer scene pretty good this offseason. Iowa State can heat up from the three point line. These teams might not be high level, but they still are very entertaining. Look for this to go to the wire. Take Iowa State.
