Tulane -1.5 over Nevada (loss)
Nevada is a fun team to watch. The Carson Strong to Romeo Doubs connects are great to watch, but this team didn’t play that great of competition this year and today face a really good front four on the Green Waves Defense. Tulane lead the American Conference with tackles for losses and are great at sacking the QB. If Strong doesn’t get time to load up when won’t be able to hit the home run pass. Tulane has a good ground game and capable receivers that make this a very good balanced attack. This game comes down to American Conference competition being a little bit better. I think there is great value in the small favorite here. Take Tulane.

Appalachian State +14.5 over Auburn (win)
Auburn doesn’t have many star players. This is a team that plays mostly guys that were deep bench players last year. The only way this team wins this game by double digits is if they hit a crazy high number from the three point line. Appalachian State has been playing together a little longer and should do enough to make this game competitive. I just don’t think Auburn is worthy of being double digit favorites to anybody right now. Take Appalachian State.

Rotation #652
USF -1 over Wichita State (loss)
The Shockers are always a great team, but this team doesn’t have an identity right now without coach Gregg Marshall and their top guards from last year. There is no doubt this is a rebuilding year for Wichita State and their new coaching staff. USF on the other hand has a ton of experience with all of these guys playing together for a few seasons now. Alexis Yetna is the best player on the court and this is the year Brian Gregory can get this team in position to fight for a AAC Title. In a pure pick em scenario I have to roll with the more polished team. Take South Florida.
