The Rangers and the Rockies are out of the wildcard picture, and it’s hard to find motivation playing out the rest of the season. Both starting pitchers tonight are average pitchers, with none having an advantage over the other. The fascinating thing about Colorado is that I can’t remember a team in their division’s basement yet having a winning record at home. The Rockies are built for this park and are as good as any team in baseball when at home. On the road, there isn’t a team worse. Take the Rockies.
