Miles Mikolas has struggled out of the gate this season, and to make matters worse, the Nationals’ bullpen is the least reliable in all of baseball. The Pirates exploded for ten runs in the 6th inning last night. It’s not fun for Nationals fans counting every out, hoping that disaster doesn’t strike as the later innings approach. Mitch Keller has been consistent this year for Pittsburgh, as two of his starts were six innings of scoreless baseball. It’s hard not to go against the Nationals until they get their bullpen woes straightened out. Brandon Lowe and Oneil Cruz are hitting the ball well and should pick up where they left off last night. We will take the run line. Take the Pirates -1.5 runs +115.
