Framber Valdez was the scheduled starter but has been scratched due to a cut on his hand. The Rangers should take advantage of Luis Garcia who did not prep to start this game. Every other advantage is with the Astros. This is a Houston team that can also hit the ball well on the road. Glenn Otto is going to get a good look at some power hitters tonight. The Rangers should get on the board as Houston will go into their bullpen a little quicker and the Astros should knock Otto out early. Take the Over.
