Ravens +1.5 over Bucs (win)
The Bucs seem like a dysfunctional team right now. Tom Brady might get a few targets back this week, but they looked awful last week to a Panthers team that more or less cleaned house. Mark Andrews has not practiced for the Ravens, but he should play and be a decoy at worse. Tampa is injured in their secondary, and the Ravens’ running game will loosen the pass defense enough to take the big shots down the field. The Ravens Defense is at full strength in the secondary and is an elite-level unit. I wonder if Todd Bowles has control of his football team. Look for the Baltimore offense to expose the first-year defensive coordinator staff. Take the Ravens.
