Rotation #816
Utah -3.5 over Washington State (win)
Washington State has been a poor program since Tony Bennett was their coach in 2007. The Cougars missed the tournament last year and then lost most of their starters to graduation or the transfer portal. Utah has been a poor program for some time, but they are now a little better than the Cougars. The one plus about the Utes is they return most of their starters from last year and are getting better at playing together. Washington State plays at a turtles pace and should be slowed down enough on the road for the Utes to win at home. Take Utah.
