Oregon -4.5 over Washington State (win)
Oregon and Washington State open up PAC 12 play. Washington State shot a lot of three-pointers last year. The players that shot the ball over 100 times each from the three-point stripe are no longer part of the program. Washington State has opted to get bigger and play more of a physical type of basketball. It will take a while for the Cougars to gel as a unit and to be competitive. Washington State will not make much noise in the PAC 12 this year. Oregon is the better program; they have a better non-conference schedule and a better coach. The Ducks have better guard play to start the season and should win at home to start conference play. Take Oregon.
