Rotation #302
Chargers +3.5 over Raiders (win)
Chargers/Raiders Over 51.5 (win)
Keenan Allen and Mike Williams were listed as game-time decisions, but it was announced this morning that they would not play?  The line has moved and the money is heavy on the Raiders, but remember this is a Raiders Defense that just fired their defensive coordinator and are without 4 key starters tonight.  You can plug in anyone on offense and still move the ball.  In the first meeting this year the Chargers won on the final play only for it to be reviewed and the ball indeed hit the ground.  The Raiders won by the skin of their teeth.  This is a team that is going to give up points with their weak pass rush and their weak secondary.  The Raiders almost lost to the Jets and would have done so if New York wasn’t in tank mode.  This team is not worth backing as a favorite with a defense this poor.  Taking the points in this situation has value.  This should be a back and forth game that shoots over the total and in the end the Chargers can cover in a number of ways.  Take the Chargers and the Over.  Treat both as straight wagers.

Rotation #798
Oregon -7 over San Francisco (win)
San Fran is getting public love because they beat Virginia and they are 6-2 against the spread so they are making their backers money.  The Virginia win was huge, but the Cavs are a limited offense that runs a slow tempo.  Oregon has better pure scorers and is a team that can get up and down the court which will lead to more possessions in the game.  The Ducks have three transfers on their team that were all the top minutes producers at their previous schools.  There is a lot of firepower and guys who can share the ball well.  San Francisco has a star player in Jamaree Bouyea, but outside of him they get a little weak.  Oregon should be able to focus their attention on him and let the other guys try to beat them.  The WCC is a great conference, but I don’t think the Dons can hang around long enough in this one.  Take Oregon.
