Titans/Jets Over 44.5 (win)
The Titans come into this game down their top two receivers in AJ Brown and Julio Jones, but they still are playing a Jets Defense that has both safeties out and another backup out. This team simply does not have the defensive talent to stop anybody. The Titans will run the ball to soften up the defense and then take their shots. The Jets have been awful on offense, but today is the day Zach Wilson and this offensive unit can actually make progress. This Titans secondary isn’t very talented and you can put points up on this team. The Jets will be in front of their home crowd and with a healthy Jamison Crowder will be able to move the ball to get points. I think New York makes this very interesting. The back ends of both defenses are just not of NFL quality. Take the Over.

Panthers/Cowboys Over 51.5 (win)
Last week the Eagles made me look like a dumb dumb. Dallas was missing almost everyone on their defensive line and they were missing key backups. I am not the head coach of the Eagles, but since that’s his job you would think he would attack them and run the ball right at them, but he ran the ball an NFL record low 3 times. Carolina is not going to make that mistake today even without Christian McCaffrey. The Panthers now have decent backups and should be able to move the ball on this front seven. Dallas is playing well on offense as they have a legit 1-2 punch with Elliott and Pollard running the ball which will soften up this coverage and allow Prescott to attack this super thin secondary that just put two starters on IR this week. The Cowboys have a lot of offensive weapons that should get their team on the scoreboard. This should be a fun offensive game with each team exploiting the others defensive shortcomings. Saints/Giants Under 42 (loss)
The Giants have been coming up short in back to back games at the buzzer and just got hit hard with the injury bug as Shepard and Slayton will miss today’s game. This unit for the GMen is very thin at receiver. The Giants offensive line issues won’t help them either against the Saints Defense. New Orleans also is missing 2 key guys on the offensive line and doesn’t have much talent at the skill positions like in years past. This Saints team is also missing key playmakers. Both teams should lean on their running games which will chew up this clock. It’s tough betting under plays in the NFL because of the penalties that aid teams down the field, but this is a good spot. Take the Under.

Chiefs -7 over Eagles (win)
As you know I am not a fan of playing games where the money is heavy on one team. The money is all over the Chiefs today, but they have failed to cover their last few games and have been struggling themselves. This is not a team that will take light of Philly today. Andy Reid comes back to the town he coached for so long and would love to get a nice win. The Philly coaching staff is all guys under 40 years old that try to be the players friends and are star struck. This staff is just not good yet and I don’t see them beating Andy Reid. Patrick Mahomes and this offense should be able to put up a decent amount of points while Philly will simply shoot themselves in the foot in key moments of the game. Take the Chiefs.

Texans +17.5 over Bills (loss)
Playing big favorites like this in the NFL has no value at all. You have to assume the Bills want to blow the Texans out. Buffalo has a big night game with the Chiefs next week so could they possibly be looking ahead? The Texans are not a great team, but I don’t put them in the category as awful. This is not a team that is missing men on the offensive line or has a ton of injury. Davis Mills as a rookie QB is why this line is so high, but this offensive line has the ability to open up running lanes and I believe the Texans will be able to run the ball enough in this game to not get blown out. You need a lot of things to go just right in the NFL to win by this margin. Just one punt or kick return or a fluke fumble is all it takes. We have seen Buffalo let teams back in games at time this year as well. Take the Texans.

Cardinals +4.5 over Rams (win)
The Rams looked great last week in their home beatdown of the Super Bowl Champ Bucs. Matthew Stafford looks like he has been in this system for 3 years, but in reality it’s only been 3 weeks and divisional games are different. Kyler Murray isn’t Tom Brady, but he has wheels which makes this offense harder to defend. The Cardinals also have JJ Watt and Chandler Jones that will be coming for Stafford on every single play of the game. This Arizona team has a lot of speed and their offensive creativity should be enough to keep them inside this generous number today. AJ Green and DeAndre Hopkins have the talent to spread this field which opens up the running game and the ability of Murray to take off in the pocket. The whole field is available for this Arizona offense and I think they can get the road win today. Take the Cardinals.
