Rotation # 453-454
49ers/Giants Over 48.5 (win)
The 49ers are on the road again, looking to make up for their weak performance last week. Mac Jones will start as quarterback, as Brock Purdy is still not ready to go with a toe injury. San Francisco has a unique chance to pick on a lot of inexperience in the Giants’ secondary, as New York is missing both their starting cornerbacks and is without a key reserve. The 49ers have a veteran receiver room, and offensive coordinator Klay Kubiak will use Christian McCaffrey enough to draw up significant strikes downfield to the receivers. The Giants are without their hard-hitting running back Cam Skattebo for the remainder of the year, but the 49ers’ front seven is a mess and is not up to NFL standards with so many injuries. QB Jaxson Dart will be a nightmare to cover, and when confusion kicks in, the Giants can hit for big plays in the air. Both teams can exploit weaknesses today and rack up points. Take the Over.

Rotation # 455-456
Falcons/Patriots Over 45.5 (win)
The Falcons are coming off an embarrassing loss to Miami last week in a game where they didn’t have QB Michael Penix or Drake London. Both players are back today. Bijan Robinson is one of the best running backs in the game, which will allow the Falcons to be balanced enough to move the football.  Patriots quarterback Drake Maye has an outstanding arm and will look to pick on a Falcons defense that lacks confidence after last week. The Patriots will be without Rhamondre Stevenson today, putting more of a workload on TreVeyon Henderson. We should see New England throw the ball more. Look for a higher-scoring game. Take the Over.

Rotation # 464
Texans -1.5 over Broncos (loss)
Houston looked great last week against the 49ers and will look to bring the same defensive intensity against a good Broncos team. Denver has a solid offensive line, but is without Ben Powers for a few more weeks. The Texans’ front seven is talented and will bring the house on Bo Nix. Houston QB CJ Stroud is missing a few key receivers, but he has a good running game to lean on and will look to take advantage of a Broncos secondary that is now without Patrick Surtain. Denver is a great football team, but certainly not the same when they are on the road. Homefield means a lot in this scenario. Take the Texans.

Rotation # 472
Bills +2.5 over Chiefs (win)
It’s an AFC Championship rematch between two talented teams with outstanding duel-threat quarterbacks. The Chiefs will be shorthanded in the running game today as Isiah Pacheco will not participate. Kansas City is also without its left tackle, Josh Simmons, whose backup didn’t practice due to illness. The Bills’ front seven will look to put pressure on Mahomes’ pocket. Buffalo luckily got Larry Ogunjobi and Michael Hoecht back from suspension because a few starters are out. Buffalo has a lot of depth at all three defense levels that will knock the Kansas City offense out of rhythm. Bills running back James Cook is on fire this year. Josh Allen is unpredictable with his legs, and his arm can find many outstanding receivers. Take the Bills.

Rotation # 474
Commanders +3 over Seahawks (loss)
Seattle hits the road with the least experienced offensive line in football, and they are thin with bodies at the receiver position. Cooper Kupp might miss tonight’s game, and Seattle is already without Jake Bobo and Dareke Young. It will be tough for Sam Darnold to move the chains consistently. Washington will be without Terry McLaurin again, but Deebo Samuel is healthy. The Commanders are also happy to have Sam Cosmi back on the offensive line. Jayden Daniels is a dual-threat QB who is hard to prepare for. Washington missed him last week, which showed in their blowout loss to Kansas City. Take the Commanders.
