Eagles -6.5 over Colts (loss)
It was fantastic to see Jeff Saturday win as interim coach last week, but he doesn’t have the experience to beat a much better team. Colts QB Matt Ryan has seen better days and only has a few targets, as most of his skilled players could be his son. The Eagles’ defensive line should dominate by stopping the run and putting pressure on Ryan. Philly is coming off a tough home loss which snapped their unbeaten streak. The Eagles are the more talented team and have the edge on both sides of the ball. Indianapolis will miss a guy like Shaq Leonard being on IR. Look for Philly to dominate. Take the Eagles.

Commanders/Texans Over 41.5 (loss)
Washington came away with a stunning upset last week at Philly.   Taylor Heinicke is proving he can play at a high level. Washington should be able to put many points on a banged-up Houston defense. I wouldn’t count the Texans out today, as this is a winnable game at home. Davis Mills has targets to throw to and could score on a Commander’s defense that lacks depth. Washington is a quick pace team which is excellent for us. Houston isn’t nearly as fast at snapping the ball but must match the Commander’s pace if they want to compete today. Houston might be 1-7, but they will compete on offense today. Take the Over.

Raiders/Broncos Under 41.5 (win)
Denver is a tough place to play and will be extremely tough for the Raiders, with Hunter Renfrow and Darren Waller on IR. The Raiders don’t have many healthy receivers, and you can be the Broncos will double-team Davante Adams all game. We can say the same thing about the Broncos receivers, as Jerry Jeudy is on IR and KJ Hamler is out today. The Raiders will double up on Courtland Sutton. Both teams will run the ball and throw short passes making the clock move fast. I don’t think both teams will combine for many touchdowns. Take the Under.

Chargers/Chiefs Over 52.5 (win)
We have a two-part selection tonight. Both are straight wagers. The Chiefs and the Chargers play fast, so we should see a very entertaining game tonight. Kansas City has a few receivers out tonight as Mecole Hardman is on IR, and JuJU Smith-Schuster will miss tonight. The Chiefs still have tight end Travis Kelce, which is all Patrick Mahomes needs most of the time. The Chargers are at full strength with many targets to find against a Chiefs passing defense that is below average. Both teams abandon the run a lot which is great for the clock not moving fast. Tonight’s game will likely be a shoot-out between Justin Herbert and Patrick Mahomes. It will be a high-scoring game that a field goal will decide. Take the Chargers and the Over.
