Rotation # 542
Cavs -7.5 over Raptors (win)
It’s too bad for the Raptors that Immanuel Quickley missed the series and that Brandon Ingram isn’t at full strength due to a heel issue, but injuries are part of the game. Toronto did a great job without both players the other night, winning in overtime by one of the wildest shots ever. The oddsmakers made Cleveland a decent-sized favorite at home despite being the worst team this season in the league at covering the spread. The betting public is wagering heavily on the visiting Raptors, but I am not sure they can keep up on the road in a game seven setting, as Cleveland is the healthier and more experienced team. James Harden is a tremendous playmaker and scorer. Donovan Mitchell is the best player on the court and will be hard to defend. Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen should clean up in the paint and dominate the glass. Cleveland should be too much for the young Raptors to handle, and the Cavaliers should advance to the second round in double digits. Take the Cavs.

Rotation # 924
Tigers -120 over Rangers (win)
Holton/Leiter
Tigers starter Tyler Holton has struggled this season, but will only pitch for an inning. Tonight’s game has more to do with Texas’ inability to hit left-handed pitching, as they have been by far the league’s worst team against southpaws. Rangers starter Jack Leiter has been wildly inconsistent, so the Tigers have another good chance at continuing to be the league’s best team at home. Again, this game comes down to Texas hitting lefties. They have to prove they can do it consistently enough to be trusted. Take the Tigers.
