North Carolina struggles against Quad 1 teams as they are 0-9 on the year when facing them. What this means is UNC has yet to win against an outstanding team. The Tar Heels now need a miracle to make the NCAA Tournament. NC State protects the ball well and should have the advantage at home today. As of late, UNC has not been shooting the ball well and is one of the worst teams in basketball at hitting the three-pointer. UNC got tremendous home cooking in the game played at Chapel Hill last month when they fired 39 foul shots, the most they have shot since 2007. NC State’s top scorer Terquavion Smith stretchered off in that second half. Look for the Wolfpack to take care of business at home. Take NC State.
