Bengals +3 over Cowboys (loss)
Andy Dalton returns back to the city he played for and at first thought you think revenge, but then you realize that he was traded away because of his below average talent and he has yet to really show anything so far this year with the Cowboys.  Dallas is banged up on their offensive line this year which has brought on the sacks and the turnovers.  The Bengals are not a great team, but they have a future with Joe Burrow when he gets back into the lineup and I have to give props to this defense.  The Bengals actually have a decent secondary.  Dallas has 3 of their 4 starters out in the secondary so look for the Bengals to stun them with some big passing plays.  I like the home dog.  Take Cincinnati.

Texans/Bears Over 45.5 (loss)
The Bears Offense got a little confidence last week, but it was the defense that blew the game for them.  Both teams are very similar in regards to other offensive coordinators would kill to have the talent these two offensive rosters have.  There are so many skilled players not being used to the best of their abilities.  Bill Lazor gets to handle the play calling for the Bears and after last week it’s showing some promise.  The Texans Defense is really bad so this team can find confidence this afternoon.  Houston should be able to move the ball today.  Deshaun Watson has a lot of targets and can pick up chunk plays with his legs.  This total is set pretty low today.  Take the Over.

Broncos +3.5 over Panthers (win)
Denver didn’t have a quarterback on their roster a few weeks ago so most of the general public view them in that way, but Drew Lock should be able to hook up with his receivers against a very young Carolina Defense today.  We have to remember that this is a young team for the Panthers with a coaching staff that all were preparing for bowl games at the college level last year.  I am just not sold on Carolina without McCaffery in the lineup.  Denver has an excellent defense that can get to the aging Teddy Bridgewater.  I like the Broncos run game today.  Look for them to control the clock and the tempo of the game.  Take Denver.

Bucs -7 over Vikings (win)
Tampa has lost 3 of 4 and need a punching bag.  In rolls the Vikings who are very young on defense, can’t create a pass rush, lost their middle linebacker Eric Kendricks and are playing inexperienced cornerbacks.  Tampa has so many weapons to dice this defense up with.  The Vikings love to run the ball, but the Bucs have the #1 rush defense.  Whenever Kirk Cousins has to beat you with his arm I will take those chances.  The Vikings just will not have the defense today and I don’t think this slow moving offense can keep up.  Take Tampa.

Seahawks -15 over Jets (win)
Seahawks/Jets Over 47 (loss)
This is a two part play, but both treated as straight bets.  The Jets lost on the last play of the game last week with a play call you know was to get the first pick.  This team doesn’t want to win.  The Jets fired their defensive coordinator and now you have a bad defense with a new DC.  This team has no healthy cornerbacks today that have any NFL experience.  Seattle has been a bit off the last week and need a bounce back game.  I believe Russell Wilson lights this defense up today.  The Jets will be able to move the ball a little bit because the Seahawks defense is suspect.   The Jets fly all the way across country with no motivation or direction.  I think a huge blowout is coming today.  Take the Seahawks and the Over.

Packers/Lions Over 55.5 (loss)
The Detroit Lions have no pass rush and they don’t have the quality corners to cover the Packers receivers.  Aaron Rodgers is not going to beat himself and this really is a game Green Bay can score on every drive.  I would like to take Green Bay here, but the money is all over them today and if you stay away from highly bet on games you thank yourself in the long run.  Detroit has the ability to move the ball on this defense.  The Lions moved the ball well on the Bears Defense so they bring a little confidence into the game today and when it comes to divisional games you always throw out all the records.  Look for a shootout.  Take the Over.
