The Phillies have a wild card spot, but they need to keep winning to hold on to it. The Giants won the first two games of this three-game series, so today, the Phillies will try to avoid the sweep. Philadelphia is great against left-handed pitching, and Ranger Suarez should be able to throw a decent game. Carlos Rodon is an excellent strike-out pitcher for the Giants, but today’s game should come down to which team can generate runs. The Giants played well this series but have failed to hit the ball well all season. Take the Phillies.
