Rotation #123
Louisville -10.5 over Indiana (loss)
Louisville has a brand new staff that all came over from Purdue and should have an immediate impact. Head Coach Tom Allen leads Indiana and is looking to be competitive this season. The Hoosiers need an experienced QB, and their run game could be better. The offensive line could be better, and they only have a few good receivers besides Cam Cam Camper, who isn’t even 100 percent. Louisville has an experienced QB in veteran Jack Plummer and a decent offensive line. The Cardinals should run the ball well, as they have many options. The primary key to this game is the Cardinal defense being far superior to the Indiana offense. Look for the front seven to get a lot of pressure on the Hoosiers today. Take Louisville.

Rotation #130
Missouri +3.5 over Kansas State (win)
Kansas State would be a shoo-in any other year to win this afternoon’s game, but Missouri has improved and has a good football team. Kansas State brings back a good offensive line this season and has decent running backs. QB Will Howard is an experienced veteran but will miss his talented targets from last year. Missouri returns Brady Cook at QB, has a decent offensive line, and can run the ball with top RB Cody Schrader. Missouri excels on the defensive side as they return a lot of veteran talent and have a great secondary. Kansas State’s secondary is suspect, as not one player had over 20 tackles or one interception at the start of 2023. The Wildcats are going to get beat deep a lot. Look for the Tigers to win a big home game. Take Missouri.

Rotation #150
UNC -6.5 over Minnesota (win)
Minnesota’s new QB, Athan Kailakmanis, has limited experience and will have to play against a wild crowd at Kenan Memorial Stadium. The Gopher offensive line needs to be more experienced and will have a tough time against the UNC defensive front. Minnesota Coach PJ Fleck plays too traditional to beat a Mac Brown-led Tar Heels team that returns QB Drake May and their best running backs from a year ago. UNC returns most of its offensive line and has speed at the receiver position. Look for the UNC Tight ends to have a field day. The Tar Heels should win by double digits. Take UNC.

Rotation #197
BYU +8.5 over Arkansas (win)
Arkansas has an outstanding duel-threat QB in KJ Jefferson, and their group of running backs might collectively be the best in the country. Top RB Raheim Sanders is out today, which will hurt the running and passing games. Arkansas lost all their best wide receivers, so BYU can focus on stopping the run. The Cougars are a well-coached team led by coach Kalani Sitake. QB Kendon Slovis is a journeyman who has a lot of experience. The Cougars have a great offensive line and brought in a lot of good running backs. The Cougars are always a mentally and physically strong program and are getting a lot of points against a one-dimensional team this evening. Look for the Cougars to have a shot at the road upset. Take BYU
