Rotation #122
Indiana +4 over Maryland (win)
Indiana is now down to their 4th string QB.  This season couldn’t be more different than their magical run last year, but today they get an easier opponent in Maryland.  This game comes down to coaching for me.  Tom Allen is much better tahn Mike Locksley.  Maryland takes a lot of silly penalties and they simply can’t stop the run.  Minnesota is a team that doesn’t have much firepower in the air and last week they simply ran the ball down the Terps throat.  Indiana doesn’t have a gifted offensive line like the Gophers, but they still should be able to run the football.  The Terps don’t have much experience on either side of the football and there never will be a more perfect time for Indiana to get their first conference win of the year. Take Indiana.

Rotation #131
Iowa State -7 over WVU (loss)
Iowa State/WVU Over 47.5 (win)
Iowa State is a big favorite on the road.  The oddsmakers really respect this team because they play sound football and don’t make many mistakes.  The offensive line for the Cyclones is very good.  Iowa State is well balanced with Breece Hall running the ball and Brock Purdy finidng his offensive skill players for long passes.  West Virginia plays solid defense, but this is a bad matchup for them today as Purdy should be able to torch this secondary.  The Mountaineers should put up some points at home between their solid running game and the arm of Jarret Doege.  Iowa State is the more complete team and should be a top 20 team by this time next week.  I think the Cyclones will win this game big in a blowout .  Take Iowa State and the Over.

Rotation #173
Louisiana Tech -4 over Old Dominion (loss)
I always get a little nervous when a big portion of the money is coming in on the team I like, but when it comes to C-USA football there just won’t be enough people betting this game for it to matter.  Louisiana Tech has a deeper and more talented roster and we can’t forget that Old Dominion didn’t play last year so they still are in catch up mode with their program.  I believe the Bulldogs offensive line will open up running lanes today and won’t have any trouble scoring.  The Monarchs just don’t have the talent to stay in this game and again we are betting coaching here.  Skip Holtz should be able to handle Ricky Rahne and this brand new offensive staff.  Look for the Bulldogs to pull away and not look back.  Take LA Tech.

Rotation #187-188
Texas Tech/Oklahoma Over 67 (win)
Oklahoma loves playing down to their competition this year.  Kansas had them on the ropes last week and there is something about this team begging to get beat.  Texas Tech just fired their coach and now their offensive coordinator is the interim head coach.  Look for this team to come up pumped up and to put up points or to come out flat and to get blown out.  Either way it helps our total.  The Red Raiders have a lot of playmakers, but they don’t have the defense to stay in games.  Bigger and stronger superior athletes are going to run all over the defense.  Oklahoma needs a get right game and this could be it.  Look for a lot of quick strike scoring early which will put this game on pace to be high scoring.  Take the Over.
