Rotation # 350
Boston College -3.5 over Pitt (win)
Pitt had a promising start to the season and has since lost four straight games. To make matters worse, QB Eli Holstein is injured and will not start today. The College football world might have jumped the gun on this team. The Panthers’ offensive line will take another offseason of working together to become a dangerous unit. The Panthers running back room isn’t 100 percent, so playing on the road against a solid Boston College team will be tough. The Eagles run the ball very well behind an experienced offensive line. Chestnut Hill is a challenging place to play. Look for the Eagles to wear down the Panthers’ defense with the power football. Take Boston College.

Rotation # 419
Auburn +10.5 over Alabama (loss)
The Iron Bowl is one of the best venues in College Football. Alabama’s title chances are unfavorable due to their mind-boggling loss to Oklahoma. Auburn needs a win to secure a bowl bid. Alabama set a season goal to win the SEC and make the playoffs. With neither of those goals happening, their heads are not in the right place. There is a winning standard at Alabama, and having little to play for doesn’t happen too often. Auburn will look at the Oklahoma game tape from just a week ago and copy it. The Tigers have the defensive talent to keep this game close. Take Auburn.

Rotation # 365-366
Miami/Syracuse Over 67 (win)
If Miami wins, they will play in the ACC Title game next weekend. Syracuse has been a sneaky good 8-3 team that nobody is talking about. QB Kyle McCord has the arm to throw deep down the field. Miami QB Cam Ward has just as big of an arm. Both coordinators love the big play. Both teams have talented running backs to keep the defense honest. Today’s total is very high, but we should see a lot of quick strikes. Both quarterbacks are going to have big games inside JWA Wireless Dome. Miami should pull away late to make this a high-scoring game. Take the Over.

Rotation # 389-390
Arizona State/Arizona Over 53.5 (win)
After a 10-3 season in 2023, the Arizona Wildcats were looking to improve on it but won’t even be bowl-eligible this year. Today, the cross-state rivalry is their “bowl game.” Arizona State is trying to win to play in the BIG 12 Title Game next week. Running back Cam Skattebo is a huge asset that can score on any given play. QB Sam Leavitt has favorable matchups in the secondary, with Treydan Stukes and Gunner Maldonado down for the year. The Sun Devils will be able to score at will. Arizona QB Noah Fifita has the talent to play spoiler. The Wildcats have many underrated receivers, and the offensive line has the talent to open up lanes for the running game. The defense will be the Wildcats downfall, but we should be in for a high-scoring affair. Take the Over.

Rotation # 422
Iowa State -2 over Kansas State (win)
Kansas State is a well-coached program but will miss the playoffs. Iowa State can play in the conference title game if they win today and the chips fall their way. The BIG 12 is a traffic jam at the top, so it will be interesting to see what scenarios have unfolded at kickoff. Cyclones QB Rocco Becht is a great young player looking to manage the game well enough to advance his team. Kansas State QB Avery Johnson is another promising young quarterback. The Wildcats have a lot of talent but need a better offensive line, which consists of career backups thrown into a starting role. The Wildcats will need to reload in the offseason to get back as front runners of the BIG 12. The Cyclones have the luxury of playing at home. Jayden Higgins and Jaylin Noel will be tough to slow down once they catch the ball. By nightfall, this matchup could be the most significant game of the day. Take Iowa State
