Thunder +4 over Mavericks (win)
The Thunder were the best team in the Western Conference, but they are down to their last strike on the road. Dallas has grabbed control of the series and taken advantage of the Thunder’s cold shooting. Oklahoma City is the youngest team in NBA history to secure a single seed, but their youth is showing. Talent-wise, the Thunder should have won this series. I expect SGA to have a big game and for the youthful Thunder players to play with energy. We could see one of the best basketball weekends if Oklahoma City can force a game seven. You rarely see three-game sevens in 48 hours. I don’t expect the Dallas defense to continue the play they have been on. Oklahoma City can get easy buckets and is the more active team at protecting the ball and creating second-chance points. Take the Thunder.
