Rotation #610
Purdue -5.5 over Wisconsin (loss)
Purdue did a fine job last night winning without a full-strength Branden Smith. It’s Zach Edey’s time, as Wisconsin is one of the worst teams in the league at blocking shots. Edey will use his size to get easy buckets. Wisconsin has a good defense but is vulnerable against big guys like Edey. The Boilermakers have the advantage on the glass and should create second-chance points and limit the Badgers to them. Wisconsin’s slow-paced offense will get them into trouble if they are down big at any moment. Take Purdue.

Rotation #616
Florida -2.5 over Texas A&M (win)
Texas A&M was remarkable yesterday. Florida is no defensive threat, but they have the size to limit the Aggies from getting easy layups. I can’t remember the last time we saw so much playground offense. It’s not basketball. In a street fight, the Aggies starters are the national champs, but this is basketball. The Gators are an outstanding rebounding team and will hold their ground. I don’t like how selfish the Aggies are with the basketball, as whoever has the ball shoots. The Gators are a more disciplined team that has great guard play. Look for Walter Clayton to lead the way. Take Florida.

Rotation #
Iowa State +5.5 over Houston (win)
Houston has excellent starters, but their bench could use improvement. The Cougars are dealing with many injuries on the back end of their rotation. Playing multiple back-to-back games takes its toll on teams. Tonight’s BIG 12 Title Game will be a defensive battle for all the marbles. Both defenses will be aggressive, and we should see multiple players in foul trouble. Look for a low-scoring game that comes down to the wire. Tamin Lipsey and Keyshon Gilbert will lead the way for the Cyclones. Take Iowa State.

Rotation #
Oregon +2.5 over Colorado (win)
Oregon knocked off the #1 seed, Arizona last night, and Colorado knocked off the #2 seed. Tonight’s PAC 12 Title Game will be a good one. The Buffaloes have one of the country’s weakest benches, so we will see how their starters hold up after multiple games in consecutive days. Colorado has outstanding offensive play, but they often turn the ball over. Oregon could be more talented on the offensive end, but they protect the ball better and take it away at a higher rate. The public is heavy on Colorado due to their head-to-head wins over the Ducks. N’Faly Dante is the key to a Ducks win, as his rebounding ability is outstanding; he must stay healthy. All the pressure is on Colorado as they won both meetings and are the better seed. The Ducks will finally get over the hump and win the game that matters most. Take Oregon.
