Spurs -5.5 over Knicks (loss)
Who knows what is going to happen in this matchup? The Knicks can win the title tonight, yet are decent-sized underdogs. We all saw the most historic collapse in NBA history, so bad on the Spurs’ part that if you told me it was scripted, I would have no choice but to believe you. San Antonio absolutely dominated the game and then started playing way too loosely in the second half, which didn’t make any sense to anyone. Why shoot a bunch of three-pointers when you are dominating the game? I don’t like how the Knicks have started games in this series. The Spurs are a young team, but they are extremely talented and, for the most part, have looked like the better overall team. The Spurs led for 97 percent of the last game, but lost, and were extremely impressive as a young team in a hostile environment at Madison Square Garden. Wouldn’t it be great for the NBA if the Knicks won the title in New York City, or, even better, if the Spurs forced a game seven? San Antonio has not only been forcing Knicks turnovers but also making them pay by scoring points off them. Look for the Spurs to get revenge after the biggest collapse we will ever see in our lives. Take the Spurs.

Rotation # 971
Cardinals -105 over Twins (win)
Liberatore/Prielipp
Neither starting pitcher is anything to write home about, but the Twins have struggled against left-handed pitching and have the worst slugging percentage in all of baseball during day games. Minnesota has the worst bullpen in baseball, so it’s hard to trust them in this spot. The Cardinals need to win games against struggling teams if they want a shot at catching the Brewers in the division or to gain more ground as the National League’s top wild-card team. Take the Cardinals.
