The Mercer Bears lost a lot of starters from last year and are breaking in a 1st year head coach in Greg Gary. This team is in their development stages. UNC Greensboro has experience and are the much more established program with Wes Miller coaching this team in his 9th year. There is a huge talent gap between these teams and it’s crucial for UNC Greensboro not to slip up in this spot. The Spartans won the earlier match up with a huge first half and I expect more of the same today. Take NC Greensboro.

USC -7 over Washington State (win)
There are certain programs that just have the others teams number. USC has dominated Washington State in recent history and I don’t expect Kyle Smith to change that as he comes on the road in his first year with this program. USC has moments where they can’t find the bucket, but overall they are a much better basketball team and their freshman are going to be special over the next few years. The Trojans have big bodies that should bully the Cougars on the glass. Take USC.
