Rotation #313
UCF +3.5 over Tulane (loss)
Tulane enters today ranked at #18 and Tulane at #22. Tulane has better stats on both sides of the ball, but we need to look at the head-to-head matchup just a few weeks ago in this building, where UCF dominated the game. The Knights won by seven points, but it could have been a better indicator of how the game went. UCF settled for a few field goals early in the game that should have been touchdowns and gave up a touchdown by playing more of a prevent-style defense at the end of the game. The Knights ran the ball very well, and QB John Rhys Plumlee was impossible to bring down. Plumlee has done well during the week, working on a hamstring injury he had for most of the season. I see an exact repeat today with all the pressure on the Green Wave at home. Did you know that Tulane is the top team in college football against the spread this year? The public is on Tulane, but it’s a trap. The Knights will win the time of possession battle and protect the football giving them the upset. Take UCF.

Rotation #318
Georgia -17.5 over LSU (win)
Last week LSU was losing by two scores to an unranked Texas A&M team when Tigers QB Jayden Daniels hurt his leg and was screaming in pain. Daniels was in a walking boot all week but will play today. There is no way a player can sprain his ankle like he did last week and be effective in running the ball just a few days later. Daniels will not be able to be a true duel-threat QB in this game, and there is a chance he will get knocked out of it. The Bulldog defense can make any team look silly. Georgia is the best team in football, and there is no close second. Every player on the Georgia team steps up and does their job. Stetson Bennett distributes the ball well, the receivers are good, and the running game is deep with talent. Georgia Head coach Kirby Smart is used to big games and looking to bring another National Title home to Athens.LSU head coach Brian Kelly did an excellent job in his first year with the Tigers, but it will take him some time to win the SEC Title. Take Georgia.

Rotation #323-324
Purdue/Michigan Over 51.5 (win)
Purdue is an unranked team playing against the number two team in the country today. I don’t think Purdue has a shot at winning this game, as their defense is not good, and they don’t have the offensive talent to match Michigan. Michigan’s top running back, Blake Corum, is out for the season, but Donovan Edwards brings this team more explosive plays as he can also catch the ball. QB .J. McCarthy is having a great year and is full of confidence after beating Ohio State last week. I believe Michigan will remain unbeaten, but Purdue can make them uncomfortable in this game. Jeff Brohm is an excellent head coach for the Boilermakers. Purdue is a team that loves to throw the football, but this year they have a balanced attack with their running game. Purdue QB Aidan O’Connell is a senior and has been an excellent QB his entire career. O’Connell’s brother passed away two weeks ago, so he will be extra motivated to play well for him. Both teams should score a lot before Michigan takes over the game. Look for a high-scoring game. Take the Over.
