Rotation # 298
Texas A&M -3 over Miami (loss)
Miami was down and out, with basically no path to a playoff spot, but they kept fighting week after week and snuck in at the end. Luckily for the Canes, the ACC was watereddown this season, and their schedule wasn’t demanding down the stretch. The Aggies of Texas A&M have a tough-to-stop running attack, thanks to their massive offensive line. Texas A&M has an outstanding group of running backs. QB Marcel Reed is dangerous with his legs as well. The Aggies should try to control the clock to keep Miami QB Carson Beck and his 75% completion percentage off the field as much as possible. KC Concepcion and Mario Craver are dangerous receivers who can get wide open when a defense focuses more on trying to slow down the run. I like the Aggies defense a little bit better. Special teams could be a factor as KC Concepcion has two punt return touchdowns this season and is electric when he touches the ball. Even though it’s a playoff game, it’s still a home game for the Aggies. Kyle Field will be rocking this afternoon. Take Texas A&M.

Rotation # 104
Bears -1.5 over Packers (win)
The first matchup between these two teams was great and came down to a goal-line interception, which secured a Packers win. Green Bay is coming off a tough loss in Denver. Running back Josh Jacobs didn’t practice due to a knee injury, and the receiving room is nursing a few injuries and hasn’t been fully healthy all season. Zach Tom’s status on the offensive line is in question as the unit is already without center Elgton Jenkins. The biggest news was Micah Parsons’s ACL injury. The Packers’ defensive line is just not the same without him. Devontae Wyatt is also on IR, leaving fewer capable bodies that can slow down the run or get after the quarterback. The Bears themselves are dealing with a few injuries at the receiver position. Still, at home, I like their running back situation behind a healthy, more experienced offensive line a bit more. Home-field advantage means a lot in the NFC North. Both teams are in good shape to make the playoffs, but a loss would do more harm to Chicago. Take the Bears.
