Notre Dame might be the new Louisville, as their better days are behind them. It’s wild that it only takes a season or two and a coaching change to set a team back a decade. Georgetown certainly can relate, but they have veteran players with experience going against an Irish team that is all first- and second-year students. Ed Cooley is a veteran coach with the credentials to turn the Hoyas around. When you match up the talent on the court, the Hoyas have a significant edge. The Irish are a year away from success.
