We will go with the Phillies rerun line this afternoon as they have the better starter on the mound in Taijuan Walker. Nationals starter Cade Cavalli only has 13 career innings pitched, and although he has power, he tends to walk a lot of batters. The Phillies take advantage of men on base, which leads to crooked-number innings. The Nationals’ bullpen is the league’s worst, so I don’t have much faith in them keeping Philly from lighting up the scoreboard. Take the Phillies -1.5 runs +105.
