Picks for 9/25/23

Rotation #480
Bengals -3 over Rams (push)
Joe Burrow has a calf injury, but he went through his workout today and is trending towards playing. Sports gambling is a gamble; we will gamble on him to finish the game if he starts. If the Bengals keep him out for some reason, they can still win the game at home with Jake Browning. Joe Mixon must run the ball well tonight to take the load off the Bengals quarterback. The Cincinnati offensive line has improved since last year and should be able to protect the QB tonight. The Rams’ defense starts with Aaron Donald, the best defender in football, but the defense needs to improve in many other areas. The Rams’ defense has many holes that the Bengals can exploit tonight. Matthew Stafford is a good quarterback, but he is missing Cooper Kupp, and the offensive line is one the worst in football. The Bengals’ defense is excellent at all three levels and should shut down the Rams’ offense tonight. What I like about Cincinnati is they have a veteran coaching staff that knows this team inside and out, unlike many organizations breaking in new coaches and coordinators. Cincinnati is too good to start 0-3. Take the Bengals.
