The Jaguars are desperately trying to avoid a 0-3 start to the season and will look to attack a Bills defense that is learning to play under defensive coordinator Bobby Babich. Jacksonville has outstanding talent on their offensive line and should be able to give Trevor Lawrence more time to throw the ball. The Bills are without Matt Milano and will also be without Terrel Bernard, which makes them extremely thin at linebacker. Jacksonville running back Trevor Etienne should have a productive night, and tight ends Luke Farrell and Brenton Strange could have favorable matchups in the red zone. Buffalo will look to take advantage of a new defensive system for Jacksonville. Defensive coordinator Ryan Nielsen has moved to a 4-2-5 defense, which will take his players a while to master. Bills QB Josh Allen should find any of his many targets whenever he chooses. Both offenses should be ahead of the defense tonight. Look for the Jaguars to hang tight and flirt with the upset.
