Both offenses have been atrocious since the All-Star break. The Astros’ slugging percentage has been as bad as it gets as of late, and to make matters worse, they will start Luis Garcia, who hasn’t pitched since 2023 due to injuries. We will take the Angels because Garcia has been out of the game for so long, and the Astros’ offense has hit rock bottom. I wish Garcia well and hope he gets back to his old ways before his injury, but chances are he struggles or doesn’t go more than an inning or two. We will take our chance with the underdog. Take the Angels.
