Picks for 6/8/26

Rotation # 506
Knicks -1.5 over Spurs (loss)
The Knicks have a 2-0 lead in the series and now get to play at home at Madison Square Garden, where they went 30-10 this season. The arena is going to be absolutely electric as one more win will put San Antonio on the brink of elimination. San Antonio might be the better overall team, but the Knicks’ starters are playing out of their minds right now. Experience means a lot, especially in high-pressure matchups. San Antonio is as young as some college teams, and they, along with their 39-year-old head coach, are most likley going to need an offseason to mature, barring a miracle. Most teams have to pay their playoff dues by taking their lumps. It’s impossible to predict what can happen on any given night in the NBA, but I don’t think it’s worth backing a Spurs team that is on the ropes in a hostile environment, going against a team that won 13 straight playoff games. Take the Knicks.

Rotation # 915
Brewers -1.5 runs over A’s +105 (loss)
Harrison/Springs
The Brewers have the league’s worst slugging percentage against lefties, but get a chance to boost those numbers in a hitter-friendly park. Milwaukee has a distinct pitching advantage with Kyle Harrison on the mound, and their bullpen is much better than the A’s. The wind will be blowing out tonight, so both teams will have a shot to put up a lot of offense, but it’s hard to overlook such a lopsided pitching advantage Milwaukee has. The Brewers have been hitting the ball well as of late and will look to extend their three-game win streak. We will take the run line. Take the Brewers -1.5 runs +105.
