It was last year that Bob Huggins was out coached twice by a young Mike Boynton. WVU didn’t have much of a bench and most of their main players were freshman. This season neither team is shooting the three ball well which is concerning for the Cowboys. Oklahoma State is going to be in for a shock when they see how big these WVU players are. The game changer in this one is Oscar Tshiebwe who is a sensational freshman built like a veteran NBA player. Tshiebwe dominated a physical Kansas team for 17 points and 17 rebounds. This WVU team is going to be a pain to stop on the glass tonight. I am not so sure Oklahoma State has that one key bench player like Curtis Jones from last year. WVU is doing well at defending the three point line and Oklahoma State is going to have a difficult time scoring in close. WVU now has more mature players and an outstanding freshman class.
